If you grew up and/or live in Canada, then you would totally know what I'm talking about. Hockey. (Oh yeah, you heard, me, who says girls can't play hockey?)
Hockey is one of my favorite sports, both to play and to watch. I used to play street hockey very often with my friends back in high school. Whenever we got the chance, we would invite neighbors and whoever that wanted to play to join us.
I don't play much ice hockey. Mostly because I'm lazy to find an ice rink, and I'm not the best skater either. But ice hockey is 10 times more exciting and fun compared to street hockey.
What sports do you play? or do you enjoy watching?

As a Minnesotan, I gotta love hockey just like a Canadian. We did "enjoy" the Wild's last game of the season last night. (they were a bit of a let down this year)

ReplyDeleteI think, whats hockey in Canada is soccer in Germany! I love to watch soccer matches and played in myself when I was young! And I'm a big fan of FC Bayern München and the German National Team called The Mannschaft!

I'm so lame! I never really did sports--more of performance arts. I started with dance, moved on to gymnastics and then in highschool did winterguard/colorguard (do you know what that is?). Shows I'm not much of a team player. ha. ha. I love watching gymnastics, dance and ice skating though :)

ReplyDeleteyayyy I love hockey too, but just watching hockey. I'm sad that Ottawa Senators didn't make it (well they were last place for a while) but at least their jersey went on sale for 50% off and i bought one haha. I'm cheering for the canucks in the playoff though.

Huge hockey fan right here! So this time of year you will find me on lock down in front of the television watching just about every playoffs game there is! Nice to have found another hockey gal. sorry your Sens didn't make it in this year.
